Guest Bathroom Remodel
This project began with significant underlying issues — outdated tile, failing finishes, water intrusion, and mold. The scope required a full reconstruction, not just a cosmetic update.
We removed compromised materials and rebuilt the space from the framing outward, including new drywall, insulation, flooring, plumbing, drains, and HVAC modifications to ensure proper performance and long-term durability.
The completed bathroom was designed to combine comfort, function, and clean modern detail. It now includes heated floors, a curbless shower with a body spray system and rainhead, a recessed niche for storage, a soaking tub, a heated towel bar, a toilet with heated seat and bidet, a floating concrete sink, integrated ceiling-mounted Bluetooth audio, and a pocket door to maximize space.
The result is a fully reimagined bathroom built for daily use, longevity, and a higher level of comfort.
The completed bathroom showcases how addressing underlying issues properly from the start creates a finished space that performs as well as it looks.
