Master Bathroom Renovation
This bathroom began as a small, outdated space with water damage, failing finishes, and an inefficient layout. A walk-in closet sat directly beside it, limiting both storage and design potential.
We removed the dividing wall and rebuilt the entire area from the framing and floor joists up. Plumbing was fully reconfigured and modernized, electrical systems were expanded, and HVAC was relocated to support the new layout and long-term performance.
The redesigned space now feels open, intentional, and highly functional. Large-format tile creates clean visual lines throughout, and the entire bathroom floor is heated and controlled by a programmable smart thermostat for everyday comfort. Dimmable lighting allows the room to shift from bright and practical to relaxed and ambient.
Where the closet once stood, a custom curbless shower now spans the width of the room. It includes a linear drain, floating bench, integrated backrest, dual rainheads, body sprays, and a handheld fixture — each independently controlled for flexibility and comfort.
Additional features include a heated-seat bidet toilet, a custom floating concrete sink with touchless faucets, a backlit mirror with adjustable brightness and anti-fog capability, a freestanding soaking tub with floor-mounted filler, and a heated towel bar.
The result is a fully reimagined primary bathroom that blends craftsmanship, thoughtful planning, and everyday comfort into one cohesive space.
The finished space demonstrates how structural precision, detailed planning, and refined finishes can come together to create a bathroom built for long-term performance and everyday comfort.
